
简介
刘荣刚,男,1995年,汉族,中共党员,讲师。2024年至今为大连民族大学生命科学学院讲师。承担了国家级自然科学基金等各类项目4项。以第一作者在Chemical Engineering Journal,Trends in Food Science & Technology,Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry,Food Hydrocolloids等TOP期刊发表SCI论文7篇。在教学上主要讲授《食品毒理学》等本科生课程,《生物统计方法》等研究生课程。
