简介
许运鹏，男，1993年，满族，中共党员，讲师。2024年至今为大连民族大学生命科学学院教师。近三年主持辽宁省科技计划联合计划（重点研发计划项目）1项（经费30万元）、横向科研项目1项（经费6万元），参与国家级重点研发项目2项及其他项目4项。共发表各类论文近20篇，其中SCI论文13篇，以第一作者（含共同第一作者）发表SCI论文6篇。目前为辽宁省免疫学会疫苗和免疫健康分会专业委员会委员。在教学上主要讲授《食品质量与安全管理学》《现代微生物检测技术与应用》等本科课程课程。
研究方向
(1) 功能性微生物挖掘、活性因子筛选与功能食品开发
(2) 乳蛋白低敏化机制与低敏乳制品开发
