简介

陈晨,女,满族,中共党员,副教授,硕士生导师。2019至2020在英国雷丁大学做访问学者,2024至2025年在浙江大学做访问学者。2012至今为大连民族大学生命科学学院食品工程系教师。获得黑龙江省科学技术进步三等奖,承担国家自然科学基金等科研项目10余项。以第一及通讯作者发表论文40余篇,其中SCI一区10篇。目前为大连市科技特派员,入选“辽宁省百千万人才工程”万人层次,《Horticulturae》客座编委,国家农产品加工科技创新联盟果蔬加工与智能制造专业委员会会员,甘肃康源高原夏菜产业发展技术研究院专家人才、辽宁省食品科学技术协会理事。在教学上主要讲授《食品营养学》、《食品化学》等本科生课程,其中《食品营养学》获批国家级一流本科课程。
