
简介
张丽娟,女,1994年,汉族,讲师。2023年至今为大连民族大学生命科学学院专任教师。在Food Hydrocolloids、Food Chemistry、Food & Function、International Journal of Biological Macromolecules等国际期刊发表SCI论文6篇。统计到2026年5月,有高被引论文2篇,单篇他引244次,参编外文著作1部。研究申请中国发明专利5项,已授权1项。在教学上主要讲授《生物化学》、《生物化学实验》等本科生课程。
