简介

张晓波,男,1992年,汉族,中共党员,副教授。2023年3月至今为大连民族大学生命科学学院专任教师。承担了国家自然科学基金青年项目等省部级科研项目5项。累计以第一/通讯作者在Trends Food Sci Tech., J. Agr. Food Chem., Anal. Chem.,Biosens. Bioelectron.,Food Chem.等期刊发表论文20余篇;参编外文著作1部;申请国家发明专利10余项,授权6项。担任《Journal of Future Foods》、《食品研究与开发》青年编委。在教学上主要讲授《无机与分析化学》、《仪器分析与波谱分析》、《食品安全学》等本科生课程。

(1) 纳米功能材料设计与传感界面调控

(2) 食品危害因子识别机制及信号放大策略

(3) 便携式快速检测设备研制
