
简介
许喆,男,1993年,满族,中共党员,副教授。大连工业大学食品科学与工程博士,2022年至今在中国农业科学院麻类研究所和农产品加工所从事博士后研究,2023年9月至2024年9月于加拿大阿尔伯塔大学Jianping Wu教授课题组做访问学者,2025年至今为大连民族大学生命科学学院副教授。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目等6项课题,H指数28,以第一或通讯作者发表论文20余篇,申请中国发明专利15项、授权5项,参编英文著作2部,参与修订十三五书籍1部。目前为辽宁省食品科学技术学会理事、Food Science of Animal Products青年编委、Food & Medicine Homology青年编委。在教学上主要讲授《科技文献智能检索与写作》等本科生课程,《实验设计与数据处理》、《数理统计》等研究生课程。
